Return & Refund Policy

At Forever Glow Co, each lithophane is custom-made with care to create a meaningful, one-of-a-kind piece. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a few important guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Custom Orders (Personalized Lithophanes)

All custom lithophanes (including photo-based designs or personalized text) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

However, we will make it right if:

Your item arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong item

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Custom Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
After that, production may begin and changes may not be possible

Image Quality Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality images. While we optimize images for the best lithophane result, we cannot guarantee perfect results from:
