At Forever Glow Co., every lithophane is made to order with care and precision. Because of this, shipping includes both processing time and delivery time.
Processing Time (Production)
All orders are custom-made and require time to design, print, and inspect.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped promptly.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
- We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
- Please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number
- If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund
International Orders
